Torrential rainfall has displaced some lagos residents properties, after a flood swept through different areas of the state on Thursday.
A four year old girl, identified as azezat was swept away by the heavy rainfall and a woman was killed after her house collapse due to the intensity of the rain.
Several persons were reportedly rushed to the hospital as their house building collapsed
Naija Exhibit gathered that, Azezat who lived with her parent at Orile Agege, had tried to flee with the members of her family when the flood gushed into the compound.
She was said to have fallen into the drainage and swept away by the flood.
officials from the of the National Emergence Management Agency and LAgos State Emergence Management Agency had commenced a search and rescue operation for Azezat.
Also in Orile Agege, un-identified woman and her daughter sustained injury after their house was flooded, the fence of the house was said to have collapsed on the victims six-room boys quater, whereas the flood also displace occupants of a 10-room bungalow in the same compound.
