The president of Nigeria, Muhammad Buhari has congratulated Anthony Joshua’s victory after knock out his opponent Kubrat Pulev in the world heavy weight boxing.
The president through his Special Adviser Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina also said Anthony Joshua has given boxing lovers round the world, and particularly in Nigeria something to cheer up.
He also described the boxer as humble, well brought up and a young man who still have places to go and wished him all the best in his dream fight against Tyson Fury, saying the goodwill of Nigerians and prayers are with him.
