On December 31, they found Ana Inés de Marotte’s body, partially eaten by her five dogs, when they entered the house.
The 67-year-old woman was said to have been “disappeared” in the second week of December, according to the Infopico website. However, she was found in the Santa Rosa Sanatorium and released on the same day.
She had been admitted to the Santa Rosa Sanatorium without any relatives in the city for the purpose of treating a medical condition.
