The Minerva Scholarship Fund’s 2024-’25 application form is out. As we speak, the scholarship application portal is now accepting new applicants. The application deadline is March 31, 2024. Make sure you apply immediately.
Minerva Scholarship is designed to assist with completing vocational training, as well as two-year degree, four-year degree, or graduate-level programs,” Minerva Board President Julie Offner said. All accredited programs, including online and out-of-state programs, qualify.
Also, women who live or work within Peninsula School District boundaries, and who have experienced at least a one-year interruption in their education and intend to return to complete a degree or certification, are eligible to apply.
The founders of Minerva recognized the impact education had on their lives and careers and wanted to empower other women to achieve their maximum potential,” Offner said. The fund has dispersed over $500,000 to more than 200 local women in the 33 years since it was founded.

Read the application Information Qualifications and Requirements
January 1 to March 31
- Download and print the application.
- Complete all of the pages and mail to Minerva.
- Download three Recommendation forms, write your name at the top of the form, and request that your references submit directly to the Minerva Scholarship Fund.
- Order your official, sealed transcripts to be sent to the Minerva Scholarship Fund. Refer to the Requirements regarding the transcript requirements.
Current scholarship recipients who are reapplying
January 1 to March 31
- Download and print the current recipient form
- Complete and mail to the Minerva Scholarship Fund.
Applicants will be notified of the decision regarding their applicant by June 1.
